Which documents the booking form's “3. Vehicle Documents” section asks for — add, rename, or retire one here and it's live on the customer site immediately, no code change needed. Deactivating a type stops it showing on new bookings without touching any booking that already used it. Each type can also have a blank “Download Format” template attached below.
